Developing staff using different types and techniques has been my top priority. Evaluating current phycological state of the team through observation, reading feelings and emotions, taking the gasp of what they need before planning an activity and it’s desired outcome is my top priority. Everything described above has led to the decision of organizing a game of handball for my team of seniors. Teams of their choices were formed, each taking position based on their comfort game started, and that is when magic started. Teams realized that passing ball and moving together had better outcome than one trying alone. That trying together is more fun and laugh from the situation. They have realized that the key was covering each other’s weakness and stepping in to assist Final score did not matter, mission was accomplished all of them were winners. Left court laughing, in stress free team spirit feeling excited for next activity to follow Christina Venizelou.
